The Lighthouse Services team is a professional services organization that will be serving our top, Fortune 500 customers. This team will be delivering successful deployments of Dropbox for Business to strategic, best in category companies that want to power their enterprise with Dropbox.

We are looking for a proven team leader than has a track record of scaling organizations built around making large customers successful with technology deployments. This leader will have executed many enterprise projects for highly respected consulting firms, as well as built a team and owned P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Build Lighthouse Services team and own the overall P&L and success of team.
  • Ensure internal alignment across all key stakeholders, including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Partnerships, Support, and Solution Architects
  • Overall responsibility for staffing projects and working with key partners to deliver successful outcomes
  • Help drive new sales and new logos at Lighthouse accounts
  • Work with engineering team on product gaps and customer requests

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience at top tier consulting firm
  • Top level communicator
  • Has experience working with C-Level executives at Fortune 500 companies
  • Has broad technical capabilities in security, document workflow, and enterprise applications
  • Has led a team of over 20 people
  • Has owned a P&L prior
