We’re looking for a results-oriented leader to drive our sales productivity strategy. The Sales Productivity Lead will manage the continuous improvement of our programs to make our accounts team more effective and successful. As a key partner to sales leadership, your team will manage and execute sales team onboarding, ongoing development, and productivity analytics. We’re expecting massive growth this year, and you’ll be foundational in helping exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales success specialists who build and deliver training for sales representatives and managers
  • Partner with sales leadership to deliver training programs that hit their strategic objectives
  • Scope and co-develop training content with Sales and Marketing Leadership
  • Design and execute sales kickoffs and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Assess performance of teams and individual reps to prioritize enablement strategies and tactics
  • Adapt programs for various types of sales channels and seller levels
  • Create and manage learning roadmap

Requirements

  • 5+ years in managing a B2B sales development/training team in addition to 5+ years in B2B sales, marketing, or product
  • Detailed knowledge of SaaS sales cycles
  • Experience in building sales training strategies from scratch
  • Demonstrated skills in adapting content by audience
  • Expertise and presence to credibly define and lead the global sales process
  • Passion for helping sales exceed targets
  • Experience in managing a team of 3+ across offices
