We’re looking for an amazing team member to help develop and execute our sales productivity strategy. The Sales Productivity Specialist will build a cohesive training and enablement program to make our reps more effective and successful. Partnering with sales leadership, you’ll support and empower account teams by delivering onboarding programs, ongoing development, and productivity analytics. We’re expecting massive growth this year, and you’ll be foundational in helping exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training content with sales and marketing
  • Onboard new sales reps to exceed productivity targets
  • Create processes for distilling best practices
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of training
  • Partner with sales leadership to deliver training programs that hit their strategic objectives
  • Assess performance of teams and individual reps to prioritize enablement strategies and tactics
  • Design and execute sales kickoffs and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Provide guidance on sales playbook, product, vision, and resources
  • Act as a coach in 1:1 certification sessions
  • Adapt programs for various types of sales channels and seller levels
  • Create and manage learning roadmap

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B sales development/training in addition to 3+ years in B2B sales, marketing, or product management
  • Detailed knowledge of SaaS sales cycles
  • Experience in building sales training programs from scratch
  • Demonstrated skills in adapting content by audience
  • Passion for helping sales team members reach their full potential and exceed targets
  • Proven success in delivering sales training and onboarding effectively
