Enterprise Account Executive

We’re looking for people with experience selling technology to large enterprises to join our team. If you’re a seasoned sales professional who’s excited about driving key strategic and operational initiatives to help enterprises work better and faster using Dropbox, we’d love to talk!

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from building awareness and generating leads to communicating Dropbox’s value proposition to customers and closing large deals
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline while growing successful client relationships from initial contact to point of sale
  • Evaluate opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of business
  • Deliver awe-inspiring product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of Dropbox for Business
  • Be the voice of the customer to the product team
  • Help scale processes including lead generation, presentation, negotiation, recruiting, and more
  • Develop deep understanding of the Dropbox solution -- as well as those of competitors
  • Manage, track, and report all sales activities and results with Salesforce

Requirements

  • 4+ years of client-facing experience in Australia or New Zealand with at least one year being enterprise level sales
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills to build relationships across the company
  • Results driven while able to cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients across a multitude of industries
  • Fearless attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale a global sales engine
  • Prior experience at Internet or SaaS companies is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and one or more of the following languages is a plus: Chinese, Japanese, Korean
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Australian work authorization
