As an Account Manager on the Enterprise Sales team, you’ll partner with our users to help them get the most out of Dropbox for Business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with your customers and help them realize the full potential of Dropbox for Business
  • Identify sales growth opportunities and bring them to close
  • Keep your customers up to date on new product developments and best practices that could help their teams
  • Act as liaison for all activities between customers and internal groups, including Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of enterprise software or SaaS account management experience, with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Outstanding communication skills with everyone from end users to C-level executives
  • A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
  • Passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology
