EMEA Manager Small Business Sales

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Inbound sales team in EMEA. The Manager Small Business Sales will manage inbound and outbound sales across a range of channels including phone, chat, and web-forms in all key markets in EMEA. The Manager Small Business Sales will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure that an effective strategy is in place for the market. The Manager Small Business Sales will also work closely with the Mid-Market Sales team and the User Operations teams in EMEA to ensure growth across all channels.

This is an exciting and high impact role for someone with sales management experience and for a person with an analytical interest in understanding the market and how to drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive inbound and Small Business sales for EMEA.
  • Set quarterly targets for the team.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of high performing sales reps across Europe.
  • Devise a strategy for optimal revenue generation across channels.
  • Work with marketing to ensure appropriate leads are delivered to the sales team.
  • Work with product and engineering to ensure that the product is suitable for EMEA businesses.
  • Provide insights and analysis of what is happening in the market to the senior executive team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales and sales leadership experience within the tech industry.
  • Track record of building high performing teams who over-achieve goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to drill into numbers and make actionable insights.
  • Must have crisp and clear communication skills and an abundance of creative energy.
  • Self starter, with a passion for building.
  • Degree from a top-tier university.
  • Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the E.U.
