Marketing Analytics, Dropbox for Business

We're looking for a talented marketing analyst to partner with marketing, business, and leadership teams to answer key questions about how to grow Dropbox for Business. This individual should have a deep understanding of web analytics, attribution, and tracking methodologies, and a working knowledge of digital marketing campaigns. He/she should also have a strong understanding of how marketing activities can act as a lead generation lever for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Own reporting and analysis for marketing & sales funnel performance
  • Define and implement attribution methodology to measure and improve the health of the funnel
  • Discover conversion frictions and identify a scalable way to solve them, using a combination of business judgment, research, deep dives into data, and experimentation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Business Operations, Sales, and Finance
  • Work with marketing stakeholders to streamline operational analyses across multiple marketing channels, including email, SEM, SEO, content, display, and branding
  • Develop dashboards to answer key business questions
  • Utilize knowledge and expertise in Internet marketing, multi-channel B2B marketing/attribution, and web analytics to influence marketing decision-making
  • Determine the set of tools, automation, and processes needed to scale analytics with business growth

Requirements

  • B.A or M.S. (preferred) in a quantitative discipline (operational research, statistics, mathematics, econometrics) with 2+ years experience
  • Excellent communication skills, and strong ability to synthesize insights into actionable solutions
  • Proficient at analyzing multi-dimensional data sets and using advanced data techniques, including data/statistical tools such as SQL, R, and SAS
  • Solid experimental design experience with A/B and multivariate tests required
  • Experience in product or marketing analytics role
