The Partnerships team amplifies and augments the work of our Engineering and Product teams by building and managing a global partner ecosystem, from device manufacturers to network providers and web and software developers to retailers and beyond.

Internally, the Partnerships team collaborates across functions at Dropbox—Engineering, Product, Design, Legal, Sales, and Finance—to develop and execute an actionable partnership strategy. Externally, the Partnerships team identifies valuable partners; negotiates and closes impactful product, commercial, and strategic business agreements; and manages and grows the resulting partnerships to drive user and revenue growth for Dropbox and its partners.

Responsibilities

  • The Partner Product Marketing Manager helps plan, execute, and scale marketing programs around our partnerships.
  • Understand the Dropbox partner landscape and priorities
  • Drive partner marketing strategy to amplify the value of Dropbox's partnerships with online services, software and app developers, mobile operators and device manufacturers, and retailers
  • Develop and execute impactful partner marketing programs to drive adoption and engagement with Dropbox

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, product management, or biz dev with a consumer technology brand
  • Partner marketing experience: co-marketing campaign execution and understanding of effective channels for ongoing engagement
  • Brand protection and tools development abilities: understanding of branding guidelines and developing partner programs
  • Project management skills: prioritizing high-impact activities and keeping complicated projects moving forward
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with product, engineering, PR, biz dev, design, sales, support and legal teams, and experience leading cross-functional teams on complex partner implementations
  • Crisp and clear communication skills
  • Technical background preferred
  • Top-tier university for undergraduate and/or graduate, graduate degree preferred
