International Payroll Operations
Finance Team | San Francisco, CA
The Finance Team is responsible for developing and executing on Dropbox’s financial strategy and is hiring world-class employees to tackle the challenges ahead of us. As part of the Finance team you’ll have broad exposure to various teams within Dropbox and also will interact with a number of external business partners.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Global Payroll Lead on building global payroll processes to help support Dropbox’s expansion around the globe
- Ensure the timely completion of international payroll processing
- Process Dropbox’s global pensions and benefits plans
- Support the US payroll processing
- Work closely with the Finance and People Operations teams on various projects and process improvements
- Point of contact for employee inquiries and payroll onboarding
- Make it happen – if you find a way to make Dropbox better, go out there and do it
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a start-up tech environment
- CPP certification
- Experience with international taxation and processing
- Execution focused and detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
- Top performer that is willing to dive into the details, and looking to gain experience and grow with Dropbox
- Sense of humor and ability to power through
