Online Revenue Ops Team | Tokyo, Japan

Our users are our main priority, and we are building our User Operations team to help ensure every Dropbox experience is a great one. As a team lead within our group, you'll be responsible for leading that charge. You would work with a team of passionate, amazing people with the common goal of keeping Dropbox users happy.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in all aspects of Dropbox for Business
  • Ensure business customer success by providing help on the phone and via email
  • Effectively articulate complex information to technical and nontechnical users
  • Triage inbound requests and reproduce reported issues
  • Find new and creative ways for users to help themselves
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute on opportunities to increase user happiness
  • Become an expert in all aspects of Dropbox products and user experience
  • Encourage product improvements across multiple teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience working in a technical customer success role
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (fluency in Korean or Chinese is a plus)
  • Familiarity of Dropbox products and how they differ on multiple platforms
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in user-friendly ways
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently and passion for improving existing processes and creating new ones
  • Ability to solve problems using analytical and quantitative approaches
  • Japanese work authorization
