In this cross-functional role, you’ll partner with clients from onboarding through renewal. You’ll take a consultative approach to engage and educate our users and draw on their experiences to propose new ways Dropbox can make their company stronger. You’ll delight customers with deep product knowledge. You’ll identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction and will be responsible for driving revenue within your book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed incremental revenue targets
  • Evaluate and execute on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and retention within a book of business
  • Deliver product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of Dropbox for Business
  • Help develop high-touch and scalable processes for managing accounts and increasing engagement
  • Create a delightful experience for some of our largest and most strategic customers, and represent their point of view within Dropbox

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
  • You have 3+ years of account management experience (sales experience preferred but not required)
  • You’re analytical and data-driven
  • You’re an avid Dropbox user
  • You’ve been a top performer in previous positions
  • You have prior experience at Internet or SaaS companies
  • You’re passionate about revolutionizing the way people collaborate
