We have a diversified paying customer base across Pro and SMB Dropbox for Business users. Online Revenue Operations’ job is to keep these customers engaged with the product and using it to its full potential. To that end, we onboard, upsell, service and renew customers.

The Renewals team is responsible for figuring out the best ways to get customers to renew and win them back if they aren't maximizing the value they get from Dropbox. As the Head of Renewals, you'll build this effort, working closely with other Online Revenue Operations teams, international counterparts, Marketing and Product.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed revenue and renewal rate targets
  • Build globally replicable and scalable processes that will predictably drive renewals
  • Define experimentation approaches for targeting, messaging and outreach
  • Develop programmatic sales methods and deploy them globally
  • Recruit and develop a highly impactful team

Requirements

  • You've successfully grown renewal/churn prevention teams in a fast-paced consumer Internet company
  • You’ve solved complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches
  • You’ve achieved targets by shaping and executing global initiatives
  • Your exceptional communication skills allow you to interact effectively with customers and cross- functional partners
  • You have a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
  • You have 6+ years of work experience
