Apply exceptional technical, communication, and organizational skills to help secure and manage integrated partnerships with a range of partner types, from web services to mobile applications and device manufacturers to access providers
Identify key partner technical objections and requirements, and develop strategies to resolve technical impediments and create repeatable and scalable programs for onboarding new partners
Provide technical consulting services for and support implementations of Dropbox’s APIs to optimize success of partner applications
Propose, design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of internal and external audiences, including marketing and business development professionals and engineers
Build and lead a team of partner solutions architects by recruiting world-class team members to capitalize on the potential of Dropbox
Requirements
Mobile or desktop application development experience and/or partner or sales engineering experience; minimum of 2+ years of coding experience in Java, Python, or C++
Strong business knowledge and excellent communication skills; business development or management consulting experience a plus
Proven ability to adapt to audiences' technical comfort level when presenting technical materials to large groups
Collaborative team-player who can successfully project manage and execute across a variety of teams
Highly detail-oriented while being able to prioritize effectively
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline (or non-technical discipline with significant professional software engineering experience)
