Shared links controls overview

New! More sharing controls

We're working on new features to make sharing even more secure and flexible:

• Unified sharing settings across folders and links: Shared folder owners can choose whether members can share links to folder content with people outside the folder.
• Defaults for shared links: Admins can ensure that shared links are team-only by default while still allowing them to be viewed outside the team as needed.
