Attracting and retaining top talent is critical to Dropbox’s success in EMEA, and a core competitive advantage. Every Dropboxer plays a key role in helping us find and recruit amazing people, and our recruiting team leads the charge by coordinating these efforts.

We are looking for a recruiting leader to help us scale the recruiting function across EMEA. This will be a multi-faceted role and the primary job will be to grow the recruiting team and further develop Dropbox’s recruiting process, brand, and culture.

Responsibilities

Manage and direct all of Dropbox EMEA’s recruiting efforts, spanning 5+ countries and a diverse range or roles.
Partner with Sr. EMEA Leaders and hiring managers to determine recruiting strategy for across Sales, User Ops, Marketing, and more
Build and inspire the highest performing recruiting team that can scale for the future
Develop, automate, and scale recruiting processes and tooling in line with our cultural values

Requirements

8+ years of recruiting and management experience
Proven ability to hire top-talent across multiple locations in EMEA
Expertise in the tactics and strategy of recruiting including sourcing, managing candidates, competitive situations, etc.
Coaching and mentorship for sustaining high performance in a strong team
Experienced at hiring executives
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills
Deep interest in using data, metrics, analysis and trends to optimize recruiting processes
Able to partner with Sr. Leadership on high priority areas in the business, that adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Strong team player who emphasizes team success over individual success
