Every Dropboxer plays a key role in helping us find and recruit amazing people, and our recruiting team leads the charge by coordinating these efforts. We’re looking for world class technical Sourcers to join our recruiting team. Sourcers identify, attract and assess qualified candidates. You will help build the pipeline of future Dropboxers. If you’re a team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs
Take an active role in defining and iterating on job descriptions that you will be working on
Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talent
Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates
Identify, prescreen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates
Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience

Requirements

2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience required
Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching key words on a resume
Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, and then connect that candidate with the right opportunity at Dropbox
Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
Bachelor's degree
