We’re looking for a People Ops Business Partner to join our People Ops team. In People Ops, we use an analytical, data-driven approach to solve problems, build programs, and help Dropboxers constantly improve upon how they work. In this role, you’ll partner with business and technology teams to ensure Dropboxers are innovating at their peak, and you’ll play a key role in helping team leads think strategically about people in a quest to build high-performing teams. You’ll also take the lead on coaching and developing Dropboxers, helping them navigate both the company and careers. You’ll be responsible for championing the culture and making sure Dropboxers are energized and having fun.
