Apple est tellement emmerdée avec les entreprises que la société US a trouvé la solution: négocier avec Deutsch Telecom pour fournir gratuitement les iPhone à une entreprise allemande, soit environ 500 téléphones merdiques de la marque Apple (vous savez le truc qui permet de jouer à Star wars et à écouter des mp3).

Comment se fait-il que nous devons débourser 265 neurones pour un produit aussi jetable alors que les entreprises se le font offrir? A quand 500 licences offertes par IBM ou Microsoft?

Rappel: un téléphone reste quand même un gadget merdique composé d'un ensemble permettant de téléphoner, dépenser plus de 10 neurones pour une telle merde me dépasse, enfin bon c'était la haine du jour....

PS: n'oublier pas de contacter Apple pour leur dire que comme Traveler synchronise l'iPhone, il pourrait vous offrir leur merde gratuitement!

A propos de Traveler, il faut quelle version pour synchroniser l'iphone ?
J'ai installé la 8.5 et je n'ai pas l'iphone dans la liste des téléphones supportés.

8.5.1, reste que l'iPhone reste quand même une super console de jeu, le premier qui en sort un en réunion, je suis mort de rire, j'ai l'impression de voir mon fiston avec son nouveau joujou....

Je crois qu'il y a une limitation a Traveler car il ne sait pas accéder à l'annuaire de l'entreprise, donc tout avoir en doublon dans son annuaire perso c couillon!

Je voulais parler du names perso. (contacts).
Pour le moment, on synchronise avec Onebridge et on est obligé de faire une réplication du ca perso sur le serveur domino pour récupérer les contacts.
Je voulais savoir si Traveler fonctionnait différemment.

Onebridge ne peut pas synchroniser les contacts présents dans la base mail du user? (que l'on peut synchroniser via le menu action de la base mail héritant de iNotes avant la

?

Traveler sait faire, mais il faut synchroniser les contacts du names local dans sa base mail..... comme d'habitude (BlackBerry ou autre)

mSuite5 de CommonTime synchronise Domino avec l'iphone.

Je sais, je radote, mais il y a des personnes qui ne connaissent qu'IBM Lotus.

Il faut penser aux nouveaux admin Domino.

Common-time reste une merde infâme, cadeneza plante Domino 8.0.2 avec la journalisation transactionnelle, en 8.5 avec DAOS, donc on oublie et c'est cher, traveler est gratuit.

Maintenant l'iPhone permet d'interroger l'annuaire/les annuaires de l'entreprise, le seul hic reste la validation des invitations aux réunions que vous ne pouvez faire qu'avec iNotes et/ou le client lourd, mais dans l'ensemble:
Les mails: html nickel/classement dans des dossiers existants nickel, suppression pas nickel (pas dans la corbeille car pas de synchro de la corbeille)
Les tâches OK
Les calendars ok

et c'est gratuit, test 8.5.1 beta CD8, donc en version Gold actuellement dispo ce ne peut-être que mieux.

Maintenant, il y a Traveler 8.5.1.1 que j'ai installé et qui marche parfaitement.

Pour accepter de invitations sur l'iPhone, il ya un parametre dans le fichier NTSConfig.xml à ajouter.

Optional function for Apple Devices
The functions listed here are optional and not enabled by default. The Lotus Notes Traveler server administrator must explicitly enable these functions for them to become active. Follow the procedures outlined below to enable.

Meeting attendee invitation actions for Apple devices.

When this feature is enabled, attendees to meetings will now receive meeting notices on their Apple device and the mobile user will be able to accept, tentatively accept, or decline the meeting invitation. Using the Settings application on the Apple device, the user can enable or disable meeting notice alerts by selecting the Mail, Contacts, Calendars settings and then changing New Invitation Alerts to On or Off.

To enable this feature:

Edit the file <domino>\traveler\cfg\NTSConfig.xml.
In the section of the file under <COMPONENT>, add this line:
<PROPERTY>
Save and close the file.
Restart the Lotus Notes Traveler server.

Limitations: This is a supplement to the limitations documented in the Information Center and is not intended to be a complete list of limitations. See the Information Center for more details on known limitations.

From the Apple device calendar if you select the action Accept/Maybe/Decline for one instance of a recurring and there is no active meeting notice for that event, then this action applies to all instances of the meeting.

From the Apple device if you receive a meeting notice that is an "update" notice, you are still presented with the actions Accept, Maybe and Decline. This is not expected using Lotus Notes, as an update notice should only have the option to "Add to Calendar" if you were using a Lotus Notes client. Regardless of the action that you take on the iPhone, this notice will be applied to your calendar once you take any action. If you take the decline action, then the meeting will temporarily be removed from the device but will later synchronize to the device calendar.

Cancellation notices are processed automatically by the Lotus Notes Traveler server prior to sending the notice to the Apple device. No action is required. The notice will remain in the mail Inbox until deleted or moved to a folder.

Support for Lotus Notes Traveler Companion for Apple devices.

To enable this feature:

Edit the file <domino>\traveler\cfg\NTSConfig.xml.
In the section of the file under <COMPONENT>, add this line:
<PROPERTY>
Save and close the file.
Add the following parameter to the notes.ini file for your Lotus Traveler server:
NTS_EXTERNAL_URL=(external url used by device)
The value of this parameter should be the URL used by Apple devices to connect to the Lotus Notes Traveler server. If there is a proxy in front of Lotus Notes Traveler, then this URL will be the host name of the proxy instead of the actual Lotus Notes Traveler server. For example:
NTS_EXTERNAL_URL=https://hostname/servlet/traveler
Restart the Lotus Notes Traveler server.
