http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?&uid=swg27011126). The page contains two sections - one for upcoming, scheduled Open Mics and another section for past Open Mics that have been recorded. Customer can easily access the Lotus Open Mics technical exchange page from the "Related" section of the
