Pb recertification personne

Bonjour,

J'essaie de recertifier une personne mais j'obtiens le message suivant dans la console lorsque la requête administrative est lancée :

the signature on the certificate was found to be invalid

Problem
An Organizational Unit (OU) certifier is used to recertify the Notes IDs for a group of users. When those users attempt to access the server, the following error occurs:


"The signature on the certificate was found to be invalid. Check the log file for details."


Cause
The certificate in the OU Certificate document and certifier ID file has become corrupt and contains invalid certificate information.

Resolving the problem
Do the following to resolve the issue:

1. Restore a good working copy of the OU certifier ID from backup.

2. Recertify the restored OU certifier with the parent O (organizational) certifier.

il n'est malheureusement pas périmé
j'ai regardé sur le site du support Lotus et ils disent que ça peut venir de la corruption de l'id de certification, de la corruption du names, ...
le plus simple on a déclaré un incident au support Lotus pour qu'ils regardent
