erreur nsd

Bonjour,on est en lotus 6 avec un domino qui est sur AS400, sur mon client qui est en winxp sp1 avec tous les patchs,je lance mon lotus puis, quand je crée un memo j'ai le message d'erreur:"NSD Is RunningSaving to file c:\program files\lotus\notes\data\IBM_Technical_support\*.logThis file may be used by your compagny's help desk and IBMto determine the possible cause of this Notes error.Please make note of the name of this file and its location as you maybe asked to provide this file as part of the problem determination effort."j'ai beau faire en invite de commande "nsd -u" c'est bien pris en compte mais cela ne change rien, que faire?
